What do I need to bring?
You will need a valid, government-issued photo ID (Nevada driver's license, state ID, or U.S. passport) and the unsigned document(s) you need notarized. Do not sign the document until you are in the notary's presence.
What ID is accepted?
Nevada accepts a current Nevada driver's license or state ID, or a valid U.S. passport. The ID must be current and not expired.
Do you offer same-day service?
We do our best to accommodate same-day and next-day requests when possible. Call or contact us with your needs and location.
Are you a Nevada notary?
Yes. We are commissioned by the Nevada Secretary of State and follow Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 240 and applicable regulations.
How far do you travel?
We primarily serve Battle Mountain and Lander County, Nevada. For locations outside this area, please contact us to discuss.
